I made the decision to enroll at BMCC in the city because it provided many resources for someone who really needed them. I needed a place to stay and chose The Towers at CCNY because they accepted anyone who went to a CUNY school.
They provide generous covid restrictions and were very helpful and understanding when I first moved there. It has been difficult studying and looking for work so winning this scholarship will help relieve some financial stress. I greatly enjoyed the free laundry rooms and card system to go in and out of the building. It is near a lovely and busy neighborhood that shines brightly in the night when I look out my window.
