Coburg is suite style so residence are required for the cleaning and upkeep of their own suite. Maintenance requests are easy to submit and the staff response fairly quickly. Each resident gets their own room and there are four rooms to a suite. Coburg sits facing the lake and residence are given beautiful views of the lake. Coburg is on the opposite side of campus from the parking structure, which requires extra time allotted to get from one place to the other.
