Its been pretty good. Besides delay on a maintenance request about wifi for not only me, but my neighbors, and the laundry room having essentially half the amount of dryers as there are washers so if a lot of people are doing their laundry, you have to fight for a dryer; its been pretty good. The location is amazing.
