Still crappy student housing that's exorbitantly overpriced, but better than first and second-year housing. I lived in Gardens for 2 years, and for 4 of those 4 semesters I was in a 2-person apartment by myself. Perfect size for just me, but definitely cramped with 2 people. The 4 person Gardens are all right but everyone and their dog knows someone who's fallen down the spiral staircase.
