Simpson Living-Learning Center Dorm Reviews at Loyola

I enjoy that there are no communal bathrooms. Sharing with suitemates can be stressful when there is lack of communication, but it is definitely a cleaner and much more private experience which I prefer. My RA is great and has good personal relationships with everyone on my floor. All of my floor mates are friendly, my only complaint is that they can be quite loud at night. Overall everyone is very friendly and the space is nice and clean.

Simpson was very conveniently located in between the education buildings and the rest of the dorms. It also had a dining hall inside with great food! The dorms were suite style which means I only shared a bathroom with 3 other people freshman year.

My experience at Simpson was amazing! I have never had better dorm experience than living in Simpson. I made so man fond memories living there that I am sure I will never forget. I especially liked having a dining hall right in the building.

I've enjoyed my time living in Simpson this semester. They do a great job of allowing us to get to know each other and make new friends, while still being safe and following all COVID-19 guidelines. The staff members are very kind and overall, it truly seems like the dorm cares about the success and safety of each student.

It was a really great way to meet people as a freshmen especially with the pandemic. I was able to meet people in a safe way and all the staff here has been so friendly. The semi-private bathrooms are spacious and regularly cleaned, which is super nice.
