Shaw Hall Dorm Reviews at MSU

No dinning hall open on the weekends puts a damper on it! It is a central location on campus which is nice. However, sometimes things can be inaccessible do to the assumption by the university Shaw residents will go elsewhere.

Its been a good experience so far. Much better than my One week at Mason hall where my dorm flooded and me and my roommate had to pack all are stuff up and move to Shaw. The dorm furniture is nicer and more sturdy, the rooms are larger. the bathrooms are nice and the close proximity to Shaws dining hall is nice.

Shaw hall was great. It was across the CATA bu station, was near my classes and only a short walk from the stadium. I made great friends in the hall as well. The dining hall food and staff was also great and convenient

Shaw Hall was a very good dorm to live in it was very close to everything and was a very quiet dorm to live in. I met many great people at Shaw Hall. some of the bathrooms could have been a little bit cleaner than they were although.

West Shaw is an amazing dorm! It's in the middle of campus and close to everything. It also has its own dining hall, however at the moment the hours are very limited due to staffing shortages. The showers were cold at the start of the school year, but I have a feeling that was more so because they had gone unused for an entire school year because of the pandemic.

The perfect central campus dorm with great food and very nice staff. The bus station is right across the street which can be a little loud with the window open but it didn't bother me all that much. I only wish that the dinning hall would have late night.
