I would describe the Monahan building as an old and dirty building. For example it is entirely old and the janitors do not clean the building constituently. In addition, the works are rude. My stay there was relatively quiet and nice. There is a small community and they do try to interact with one another. However, the building is still extremely overpriced and even harder to get into the building if you lose your keycard.
