My experience has been great so far, our toilets, showers, sinks, and lights all work properly. There's enough washers and dryers for the residents. The ac works perfectly. Doors are in great conditions. All the right requirements meet. more

I stayed there during my freshman year at UNLV. Overall, I had a very nice stay there; the rooms were clean enough, not a lot of noise, especially at night, a little far from the classrooms, but close to the parking lot and recreation center. more

Upper Class Complex (UCC)

The single room setup is quite pleasant, as it comes with a couch and a small television, however the noise level can get a bit loud at times. The walls feel a little too thin in comparison to other dorm complexes, but I suppose it's just a sacrifice to make as this complex is much more well put together than the other ones. more

There is not really much space in the dorm. Don't bring a lot of clothing that can't fit in one small dresser and a small closet. You will need a lamp for the living room area. The bathroom might have flooding. The dorm is extremely noisy and loud. The walls are very thin. more

Tonopah Complex

The first day I moved into my dorm in Tonopah North, the ceiling in the bathroom caved in. The maintenance did not respond in a timely manner and their solution was to put cardboard over the hole in the ceiling. A student was selling weed on our floor and was extremely disrespectful to all the girls on the floor. The RAs did not respond in a timely manner as well. more

Kitty Rodman Residence Hall

It is a great complex overall lots of diversity and lots good people to make friends with. The bathrooms are suite style and mostly clean. I loved the hardwood floors because it was easy to clean stains. The closets are small but you find ways to work around that. The common area is a little lackluster but clean and the cleaning staff are some of the friendliest and kindest people you will meet. It might take about a week for maintenance to come but they are efficient. more
