It’s an overall good place to stay, not as clean as I would expect it to be but that’s college life for you. It’s quiet when it wants to be but mostly it’s the guys who play very loud music or scream at their game systems at around 1-3am like others aren’t sleeping for possibly their next class tomorrow. But the lobby staff are tremendous, the enviro is somewhat safe due to the surrounding areas, and it’s a decent experience for a freshman male. more

Midrise Residential Honors College

My experience in Midrise Residential Honors College dorm was not the greatest mainly because of the quality of this dorm was horrendous. My suite had many issues with the air conditioning unit, the bathrooms paint was stripping, and I had a wasp nest at my window which was directly next to my bed. I contacted maintenance and my residential director multiple times in order to get this issues fixed and was told the matter would be handle but it wasn’t. I had to purchase wasp spray for each of my windows including my suitemates and also purchase a standing fan and air conditioner for my dorm room. more

I’ve had a good experience overall. Although there has been moments where did not completely enjoying forming there. The staff does try their best to keep the bathrooms and hall clean. Besides those few negative encounters in the bathrooms it is great. more

The building was very outdated and needed lots of work. The bathrooms always had broken sinks or toilets, and girls would not clean up after themselves on top of that. Laundry room is literally the size of a closet, barely any space to do anything. Could be 100% better over all, housing rates are too much to be living in those conditions. more

My experience at lee smith hall wasn’t pleasing. The building was very old with mold in the rooms and bathrooms. There was even a time where a rodent was running around. It was also at back of the campus. more

Price doesn’t match the quality but if you don’t have a car but want your own space your kinda forced to live there. Depending on your roommates it can be dirty and you can have overnight visitors. Also it hard to have friends and people over. more

Laundry facilities at Babbette Smith South are inadequate. Some floors have laundry facilities while others do not. The floors that did have laundry machines only had two washers and or dryers at the most to service the entire floor plus the floors that did not have laundry machines of their own. more
