It’s full of first years so no student really knew how to act. People running down the halls and yelling at late hours but personally I was content with just being in my dorm room with my roommate, I think it’s good to be around those types of people who are in the same boat as you but maturity really showed you everyone’s true colors in that dorm building more

Comfortable and cozy. The RA is friendly and helpful. The suites are roomy and clean. They’re quiet and fun to live in because of the roommates you’re with. The rooms are welcoming and you want to stay there. more

Friendly staff, clean, a bit warm, fairly low noise disturbance. The LGBTQIA+ housing is very inclusive and welcoming. The bathrooms and common areas are cleaned regularly, some plumbing issues but generally everything works. more

Bowman West from my experience it’s nice and quiet. I would recommend this dorm to people who wants a place who want some peace and quiet. Also I would not recommend this dorm if you are a freshman who want to make friends. At night it gets a little noisy but overall it’s great. more

Knowles Hall

I am a freshman at SUNY Potsdam college and Spring 2021 is my second semester living on campus. I feel as if Knowles is the perfect place for those who enjoy to stay out the mix of everything that occurs on a college campus. There aren’t many distractions over in this part of campus, and it is also very quiet at almost all points of the day. Yet, this is one of the oldest buildings on the campus. So many of the features here in this building aren’t as nice as some of the other dorm buildings. more
