It was great having my own room and being able to cook meals. It wasn't the cleanest when we first got there which was my only complaint. It was also very convenient having a washer and dryer right in our apartment.

It was nice having a 2 person dorm all to myself, and for someone like me, being close to the track and the other sports areas was a bonus. You can meet some really cool people because the entire area is closed in.
