Just like any other dorm. Uncomfortable beds, cheap or broken appliances, people who broke the quiet hours rule, etc. Can get to the main part of campus quickly. Creepy elevator so take the stairs. The main bathroom has a sideways shower, which I hated, but is accommodating to people who can't stand during a shower.
