Everything in the building is catered to the people living there. We feel safe, cared for, and any and all problems get solved efficiently. The view each of us have is beautiful in their own way. It's my first week living away from home, but I know with how this dorm is structured, I'll soon have a second home. more

Thomas Jefferson Hall

TJ Hall is TJ Hall. They are the cheapest dorms and don't provide much. You get a place to sleep and study and that's about it. The Cafeteria hall is at least decemt. Not the worst place to live but you can do better at S&T for sure. more

Residential Commons

Residential Commons 1 is extremely welcoming and friendly. The staff and RA's are super fun and to be around and they make everyone on their floors feel connected with each other. The hall itself is kept really clean and I never have seen over extensive trash/dirt lying around. To go along with that, Residential Commons 1 is close to the rest of campus which is super nice to have. I would definitely recommend living in Residential Commons 1 if available. more

I got a single room (to myself) in a suite of 4 rooms. It was only for a semester, but it was the most expensive option. The walls are a little thin, but not bad. I will say to buy a showerhead with an interchangable filter (I got mine from Amazon) because the water quality and pressure isn't great! My time there was good. more

These apartments are for S & T students. They are very nice apartments for students, which provides them with their own room. Plus, they have a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The building is clean and well kept, the rooms are spacious and bright more

The experience was very dirty, it felt like me and my roommate were shoved in a basement. The bathroom was gross, the rooms were small, and no one on my floor was very social. Overall, I was very unsatisfied and underwhelmed with the experience. more

Its been an alright experience so far. All of my roommates moved out so its very nice in my room at the moment, however out in the halls on the weekends it gets pretty noisy. That being said, its also not very social, probably due to COVID, but outside the 4 people in each room, nobody talks to each other, hence why im joining a fraternity. more
